ELECTRIFICATION WITHOUT COMPROMISES SPECIALTY, PRACTICALITY, VARIABILITY AND SPACIOUSNESS The CITROËN ë-Berlingo does not lose any of the advantages of the classic versions with an internal combustion engine, such as a spacious interior, variability or practicality. Three independent rear seats and the Modutop® storage system will make traveling more comfortable. For safer trips with family or friends, the CITROËN ë-Berlingo is equipped with 18 assistance steering systems and four connectivity technologies. DISTINCTIVE DESIGN The "ë" symbol located on the front fascia indicates that the CITROËNë-Berlingo belongs to electric cars. We can also find it on the trunk lid with the first name of the model. The electric version is clearly identifiable at first glance by the blue Anodised package that adorns the fog lights and Airbump® elements. ELECTROMOBILITY IN THE Ë-COMFORT CLASS THREE DRIVING MODES During development, great emphasis was placed on easy operation of the CITROËN ë-Berlingo. One of three modes can be set on the center console selector: * Normal for the best ratio between range and dynamic driving characteristics. * Eco to optimize range. * Power for maximum performance, dynamic driving and fast acceleration. CITROËN ë-Berlingo equipped with an electric motor with a power of 100 kW (136 hp) / 260 Nm reaches a top speed of 135 km/h. The driving characteristics depend on the selected driving mode and the surrounding conditions.AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION SELECTOR Ë-TOGGL Using the ë-Toggle driving mode selector on the center console, the functions of the automatic transmission (R, N and D) for driving forward, reverse and neutral are controlled. The buttons are also included: P for Parking mode B for Brake mode, which increases energy recovery when braking or decelerating. HIGHER TRAVEL COMFORT OPTIMIZATION OF RANGE AND COSTS The new CITROËN ë-Berlingo has two practical functions that you will appreciate in daily use: Delayed charging allows you to set the battery charging outside the energy peak. The possibility of programming the preheating/air conditioning of the cabin when possible adjust the thermal comfort before departure while the car is connected to the power source. Not only do you get into a pleasantly heated/cooled car, but the battery capacity is not reduced and the range is not reduced. A RANGE ALLOWING FREEDOM OF MOVEMENT ë-Berlingo uses the best electrical technology developed by the Stellantis Group. The range of its 50 kWh lithium-ion battery reaches up to 280 km*, depending on the selected driving mode. The battery is guaranteed for eight years up to a mileage of 160,000 km with a guarantee that 70% of its capacity will be preserved. A battery capacity certificate is issued as part of a service inspection after the first year of use or after driving 20,000 km. Subsequently, the battery capacity is recorded at every service visit at an interval of two years or 40,000 km. The range of the car increases due to energy recovery during braking or deceleration. Stronger recuperation can be achieved by activating the BRAKE function after pressing the B button on the center console.* It is subject to ongoing homologation according to the WLTP cycle. SIMPLE AND PRACTICAL CHARGING METHODS There are 3 ways to charge the new CITROËN ë-Berlingo: * Using a type 2 cable compatible with a regular 8 A household socket or a reinforced 16 A socket, the battery is charged to full capacity in less than 15 hours. * Using a wallbox with power from 3.7 kW to 22 kW in connection with a type 3 cable, the battery is charged to full capacity in 7.5 hours (single-phase wallbox 7.4 kW) or in 5 hours (three-phase wallbox 11 kW). * At a public charging station (up to 100 kW), it is possible to use super-fast charging using a type 4 cable. In this way, 80% of the battery capacity is charged in 30 minutes.
